PawspitalityInformation we collect
If you join as a member, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, city or ZIP code and the pet-profile information you choose to add. When you use Google sign-in, Google may also provide your name, email and profile image; Google does not provide your phone number, so we ask you for it during account setup. Pet photos are private account content. For business applications, we collect the business, contact, policy, amenity, service and uploaded information you provide.
How we use it
- Provide and secure your member account and pet profiles.
- Use your phone number for account support and communications you have approved.
- Personalize recommendations only when you enable personalization.
- Send news, offers or event updates only when you enable marketing communications.
- Review business applications and administer partnerships.
- Protect the service and prevent abuse.
Member phone numbers are private account information. They are visible only to the member and authorized Pawspitality administrators, and are not shared directly with hospitality businesses or pet brands.
Anonymous community insights
If you separately opt in, we may use member data to produce grouped insights such as broad location, pet type, breed, size or interest trends. We do not provide a member's name, email, phone number, photo or individual profile to restaurants, hospitality businesses or brands.
Your choices and account deletion
Member privacy choices can be changed independently from account settings. Members can update their phone number or delete their account, pet profiles, private photos, active sessions and consent preferences from the same page. You may also request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@pawspitality.net.
Drafts and retention
Business-application drafts are stored in your browser until submitted or cleared. Submitted information is retained for review, partnership administration and legal obligations. Member account information is retained until the account is deleted or as required for security and legal compliance.
